There’s new guy playing Batman and definitely there has to a difference between Ben Affleck and
Christian Bale playing Bruce Wayne, especially as Batman.
While speculation continues to pour out over the new Batman, especially about his costume and entire
portrayal, the flick’s director, Zack Snyder has reportedly been leaning toward taking the Batman costume
portrayed on 2001 graphic novel Batman: Novel.
To sell the latest picture, Snyder must have done his homework to make change the look of Batman as
well as the Bat mobile. The graphic on shows Batman spotting a recessed head, an angular shape on the eyeholes, a pointed
nose and smaller, stubbier ears. The cape goes a little further down the chest to sink into a larger Bat
logo, a black-on-grey relief. How different this Batman will be from the previous one remains a subject of speculation. However, all
Batman lovers will agree on one thing: they want an original and convincing Batman.
Also starring Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane, Superman vs Batman presents Henry
Cavill as Superman and Ben Affleck as Batman, and will hit the big screen on July 17, 2015.
